Role Description
We're looking for senior folks who already manage customer relationships but are unhappy with the support their existing employer provides: We offer a team of intelligent, innovative customer-obsessed and energetic doers, to support you to grow your book.
You will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and maximising growth potential. This is a hybrid role, because we believe there are times to concentrate and times to collaborate on improving our service. But you're a grown up, you decide.
We share the Profits: so you Calculate your Salary
You know the Operating Profit that your existing book of customer relationships generates. We want you to keep 50% of that profit. You also know what growth you expect. We want you to benefit from the growth before we do. Therefore you do the maths; tell us what you want/expect to pay yourself and we'll take the other 50% for the costs of technology, finance, insurance, networks etc.
