We've witnessed too much waste in logistics. Human errors, poor planning, repeated movements, high-carbon carriers chosen when better planning could have meant lowest-carbon transport. 

We believe that both the tech required to make more informed decisions has arrived as well as the knowledge and research to empower us all to make decisions about reducing our carbon footprint.  

We want to work with anyone who cares!

We believe in the long-established principles of waste reduction from the kaizen movement, but we caution against conflating this with 'Just in Time' for everything, when 'at the right time' will suffice and prevent unnecessary movements.

We do use AI to reduce planning wastage and inaccuracy. We acknowledge that this has an impact on the carbon we burn, due to the compute-load of the servers required.
